Terms and Conditions

- We accept Singapore buyers only.
- Full payment to be made within 3 days after receiving our email invoice. Details of the bank account will be indicated in the invoice.
- Item(s) will be mailed within the next 3 working days once payment received.
- EasternCollection will not be responsible for lost or damaged items by normal mail.
- Item sold is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
- Any enquiries are welcome via email at easterncollection@gmail.com. Email will usually be responded within 24 hrs.
